Can I Settle My Earlier Pending Challans and Associated Fines by Taking Konnect Compliance Now?
The Konnect Compliance services contract covers management of all statutory compliance applicable to your business for the contract period only. Authorities may have imposed challans and fines after carefully reviewing your compliance management in the past, and reversing those may not be technically possible. However, we will intervene and liaise with competent officials to see if they can be settled for immediate closures. However, settlement of all such prior fines or challans will not be a part of the new Compliance services contract and you would have to make additional payment for settling all past issues.
